Finca La Esperanzita , Escuela Campesina de Agricultura Ecológica en el Trópico Húmedo. 50 ha Biofinca, Erstes Projekt des Biolandbaus in Nicaragua, gegründet 15.3.1984. Ausbildungs- und Experimentier-Hof für organische Landwirtschaft in den feuchten Tropen und für sukzessionale Agroforestry . Die Finca hat viele Jahre FW aus Deutschland aufgenommen, was durch COVID 19 und die politische Krise unterbrochen wurde.
